Name That Favor, LLC respects your privacy. We will never sell or share your personal information. Your information is always kept strictly confidential.

Please allow two weeks for your order to be processed and shipped to you. All orders are shipped from South Florida so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. Shipping and handling charges are calculated automatically by our shopping cart.

All payments can be made via our secure order form on our website. You will be notified of any back-ordered or out of stock items within 48 hours of your purchase. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Name That Favor, LLC can do rush orders. This may be subject to availability of items and will cost an additional fee. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping.

All sales are final, because all items are custom painted for you. We are not responsible for misspellings if they were entered on your ordered form. Any order cancellations must be done within 24 hours of placing an order.

All hand painted items should be hand washed. Hand painted items are subject to normal wear and tear overtime. We use non toxic paint , however, paint should never be consumed. Please use the "Contact Us" link for any questions regarding your order or our products.
